Continuous improvement is intended to increase efficiency and quality. The focus is on many small improvements at the workplaces. The Promatix CIP module systematically identifies the optimisation possibilities and evaluates them according to Pareto. A prioritisation can be created from this, which then also shows the success of the measures introduced, analogous to the Six Sigma method.
