Our online monitor also shows in real time the relevant KPI's such as availability and performance at the point of value creation. The employees thus have access to the data of the current shift and can influence it without delay. The current OEE can also be displayed in real time.
Confidentially, we have been told by staff that the existence of the Online Monitor alone has resulted in a productivity increase of over 10%.
